3 Process Worker/Swamper/Supported Work Assistant Positions Available

Ridge Meadows Recycling Society has three summer positions available for students returning to school in the fall. All positions will start Monday, June 26, 2017 and end on Friday, August 25, 2017 (term: 9 weeks).

All positions are full time and pay $14.00/hour. Shifts will be Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm. Please send in your applications ASAP.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
-processing and sorting recyclable commodities
-assisting the public to unload products from their vehicles
-monitoring the pubic drop off front line area and providing direction to the public
-general cleanup: ensuring the production area is clean and organized at all times
-picking up recycling boxes and bags at curbside and sorting into bins on the curbside truck
-delivering recycling boxes
-all other duties as assigned

These activities will take place throughout the community and at the Maple Ridge Recycling Depot. Applicants must be hard workers. Work schedule may be flexible and include some weekends.
