Ridge Meadows Recycling Safety Waiver and Media Release

Please read, check ALL BOXES, and submit the following waiver before participating in the Depot Tour.

Safety Waiver*

By submitting this release, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the contents, and take responsibility for myself and the minors in my care.
While participating in the Depot Tour, I will follow safety guidelines and listen to the tour leaders. I understand that staff will use their best judgment to ensure that tour participants will have a positive and safe experience on the tour. To the best of my ability, I will follow all safety directives and ensure that the minors in my care do as well.
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have been informed of the possible risks, dangers, and hazards associated with the Depot Tour, including the risks which include, but are not limited to: the possibility of injury to myself and others such as broken bones, abrasions, and infectious diseases. I understand that the minors in my care also face these risks, dangers, and hazards, and accept primary responsibility to keep them safe.
I understand that my behavior and the behavior of the minors in my care is a large factor in increasing or mitigating the risks of the tour, and will conduct our party in such a way that is appropriate in an operating industrial environment.
I acknowledge that I have been informed of the proper safety apparel, in particular close-toed shoes, and assume any additional risks that improper apparel may place on myself or the minors in my care.

Media Release*

I hereby grant full permission to Ridge Meadows Recycling Society to use any photographs, motion pictures, videotapes, recordings or any other record of me and the minors in my care while I am attending the Depot Tour for any purpose including, without limitation, commercial use.
