- 2022 marks 50 years of Recycling Evolution in Maple Ridge! Throughout the year, we will be working on projects that highlight our 50-year history, starting WAAAAY back in 1972…
- Evolution in Action! Starting February 1, 2022, all milk & plant-based beverage containers will be included in the Return It beverage deposit system…
- Want to be part of Ridge Meadows Recycling Society’s legacy? Renew or sign up for membership before Thursday, March 3 to vote at the April 7 Annual General Meeting.
- Our next Repair Cafe is scheduled for Saturday, February 19 from 10am – 2pm at the Maple Ridge Seniors Activity Center. If public health orders at the time allow, bring us your broken stuff – AND your vaccine passport!
- Books and magazines are both accepted at the Maple Ridge Recycling Depot – if you find a book you want to buy, it’s yours for 25 cents!
- Save the Date! We are hoping to hold an in-person Celebrate Earth Day event this year on Saturday, April 23. Help us explore “Pathways to a Better Normal” online & off!
- In case you missed it, We are HIRING! We are currently interviewing for a supervisor, truck drivers, & swampers. Updated pay rates for 2022!
