If you signed up last year (2013) and/or haven’t renewed your membership yet, you have until March 4, 2014 to renew it to be eligible to vote at our April 1 Annual General Meeting.

Ridge Meadows Recycling Society’s 2014 Annual General Meeting
6:30pm on Tuesday, April 1, 2014
at The Well, located inside Chances Gaming Centre,
22710 Lougheed Hwy, Maple Ridge, BC
A short business meeting will be followed by a special presentation by Sarah Stephen, Communications Manager for Multi Materials BC (MMBC), the group in charge of implementing a province-wide recycling stewardship plan for printed paper and packaging.
Goals of the program include increasing the recycling rate of these items and encouraging companies to create or choose packaging that is easier to recycle.
After the presentation, enjoy light refreshments as you mingle with other members of the society and Ridge Meadows Recycling board members.

Membership Renewal:
Membership is FREE! Our goal is to encourage as many people as possible to become members since all residents of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows contribute to the success of recycling. Voting members must be residents of Maple Ridge or Pitt Meadows. Please renew your membership here, by mail (see address above), by email to leanne@rmrecycling.org or by phoning Heather at 604-463-5545. Membership must be received no later than noon on March 4, 2014 for voting eligibility at the April 1, 2014 Annual General Meeting.
